Been breathin' 23 years. Livin' in Richmond, Va. (Recently finished) studyin' Anthropology and Gender, Sexuality, & Women's Studies at VCU. Hatin' sexism, racism, classism, and injustice in general. Advocatin' feminism, open-mindedness, compassion, and all that jazz. Oh, and I have two really awesome cats.
There is a 0% income tax rate! (thanks to George W. Bush and Congress in 2001).
But you better get in the investment game if you want to qualify. You need long term capital gain or qualified dividends.
No wonder Romney was all rushed to release his tax info for 2011. Gotta prove he wasn’t part of the 47%!!
